How many guests does one trailer serve?
Our two-suite trailer comfortably serves around 150 guests for a typical 5–6 hour event. For larger events, contact us and we'll recommend the right setup.
What do I need at the venue?
A fairly level spot about 10 × 20 ft that our truck can reach, and a standard 110V outlet within 100 ft. No outlet? We can bring a quiet generator for an added fee. A water hookup is optional — the trailer has its own fresh water tank.
How does payment work?
You pay a 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date, and your card is saved securely with Stripe. The remaining 70% is charged automatically 10 days before your event — you'll get a reminder 3 days before. If you book less than 10 days ahead, the full amount is due at booking.
What if my card is declined for the balance?
You'll get an email right away with a secure link to pay with another card. If the balance isn't paid by 7 days before the event, the booking is cancelled automatically and the deposit is not refunded.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 10 or more days before your event, any amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded. Cancellations less than 10 days before the event are not refunded. You can cancel any time from your booking link.
Who empties and cleans the trailer?
We do. Servicing of the waste tank by a licensed company is handled by us after your event, along with cleaning and restocking.
Can I change my date?
Reach out as early as possible. If the new date is available, we're happy to move your booking.
